Würzburg New Construction

Comprehensive, varied retail offerings with style and quality in one place, focusing on all aspects of living and home furnishing – this is the vision of the Homepark currently planned in premium locations all over Germany, designed according to an international concept.

We, the Inter IKEA Centre Group in Germany, are planning a new Homepark in Würzburg-Versbach on the B19 road, which includes an integrated IKEA Store as its core. To complement the IKEA furnishing offers, customers should also find comprehensive additional retail offerings here to fulfill all their wishes regarding furniture, leather and upholstered furniture, kitchen, bath, carpeting/wallpaper, sports and leisure, and much more – in a service-oriented and family-friendly way!

With an IKEA Store as anchor tenant we are reaching consumers living within a radius of 60 minutes driving time or more from an IKEA store. Our partners therefore gain access to a customer potential which is substantially larger than for other shopping centers, as well as customers they may otherwise never reach as retailers. Excellent synergies, substantiated by credible market research data!

We are offering attractive opportunities for local retailers already active in the area, as well as for national chains with nationwide presence. For our new location in Würzburg we are looking for partners from the following product fields

  • furniture
  • leather and upholstered furniture
  • kitchen
  • bath
  • carpeting/wallpaper
  • bicycle
  • baby
  • pet
  • gastronomy

Facts and key data
Würzburg, the fifth-largest city in Bavaria, is the political, cultural and economic center of the Lower Franconia region and thus offers a comprehensive, established infrastructure.

Due to its historically attractive location by the river Main, the city has long been an important German traffic hub. With a large number of various national and international companies based in the area, in addition to state and municipal institutions, Würzburg is the region’s economic and employment center.
